Kelly has relocated from Vancouver to Calgary and has been working as a professional make-up artist for the past 8 years. She grew up with a family in the Vancouver film industry, and at 19 began working with her father's company producing sets for TV commercials & movies.
4 years later, having decided to pursue a career in make-up artistry, Kelly trained with the Vancouver Film School and Blanche Macdonald Centre of Design, which equipped Kelly with the skills to cover all aspects within the make-up world. She went on to work for various make-up lines....Estee Lauder, Chanel, Make-up Forever, & Stila, and has worked on over 40 TV commercials, fashion shows, and with various vancouver based photographers.
With the increasing popularity of vancouver's film industry, Kelly went on to become an affiliate of the IATSE movie union, and has worked on features, MOWs, tv series, and music videos.
Weddings, theme parties, and private consultations, are all part of her everyday world.For the past 4 years Kelly has been a part-time employee of Vancouver's Global T.V. and for the past 2 years has been make-up artist to Global National anchor Tara Nelson.
Kelly is mobile, versatile, enthusiastic, and her professionalism is unquestioned.
